Q: How many handsets can I get?

A: Depending on the brand you choose, the maximum number of handsets you can get for your home is 5.

Q: Can I leave my cordless phone in the charger when I’m not using it?

A: Yes you can. You cannot over charge your cordless phone.

Q: Why does my battery not last very long?

A: This may be due to the type of battery your cordless phone uses. To restore your battery’s ability to last longer you will have to use your cordless phone without charging it, until it warns you that the battery is low. Allow the battery to fully charge as prescribed in the user manual.
Or you can just replace your batteries with new ones. You can contact our support team on 0861NXATEL or email them on support@nxatel.co.zashould you have further questions. Please note that the speakerphone feature can significantly reduce your total talk time between charges.

Q: My cordless phone is malfunctioning.

A: If your cordless phone is malfunctioning, we suggest that you:
1. Unplug any power supplies connected to your product;
2. Remove any installed batteries or battery packs;
3. Wait 5 minutes;
4. Plug the power supplies into the product;
5. Install the batteries. Allow time for the cordless handset(s) to establish a link with the base. You may need to give the battery sufficient time to recharge. Consult your User's Manual for details.
6. Finally, try using your product as you normally would.

These Mobile Devices are only available to South African Residents. Pro-rata billing applies to all packages. Customers will be subject to a credit vet when purchasing a 12/24 month contract. .

Please Note: The Huawei B315 LTE Router only uses a STANDARD SIM card. Inserting any other sized SIM cards into this Device may cause damage to it and void the warranty.

RICA/FICA Process

Before you can receive your package, you will be required to provide RICA/FICA documents in order for us to RICA your SIM card and for verification purposes.

Download speed and Battery Life are dependent on a variety of factors such as number of devices connected and signal strength.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge

Delivery fee is included in the cost. We contact each of our clients individually within 2 Business Days (upon approval of the debit order). Final delivery will then be subject to client’s availability. .

Deliveries take place during business hours (8am – 5 pm) on weekdays (Mondays – Fridays), weekends are excluded from all time calculations..

Delivery times stated do not include additional delays for payment clearance.

A delay of up to 5 working days can be expected with Debit Orders for verification and clearing of funds (depending on the bank payment is made from).

Liability

Nxatel will not be held liable for the loss, damage or theft of the broadband equipment that arises out of the provision, installation or maintenance of the broadband service.

Device Guarantee & Warranty

There is a 12 month carry-in guarantee cover on all Nxatel Devices. Telkom modems are covered by a 12-month carry-in guarantee. Please note that lightning damage is not included in this warranty. Should a client wish to return the Device, we will only honour the guarantee if the Device and all its components as originally supplied are provided
